BRIEF REMINDER
The first time I heard about chromotherapy was in 1995-1996 when a student handed me a tape with a chromotherapy program launched abroad by a psycho-somatic Research Center, through which colours were used to amplify self-confidence and fast learning. Then I was realizing for the first time that colours can really have an impact on our subconscious mind to stimulate our well-being and other skills. The love for art and painting twinned with this idea of painting my own paintings with shades that stimulated that state of energy, protection and safety, which I needed. I used to paint energetic entities with wings of a certain colour shade. each shade represented an ability or a state of well-being that I want it to activate in my home. for a while I considered blue and red as immediate effects of strength and clarity, protection and energy, other times I painted more shades of green and purple for calmness and self-healing. Or predominantly created on one type of colour in abstract, veiled forms, giving the impression of living energies. Currently I use vivid shades in the rainbow colours for a wider range of beneficial states, with simple veiled shapes to leave room for the subconscious mind of client to think and create its own story inspired by the colourful shapes that I painted in the paintings. The idea is to create a relaxing and pleasant state of mind for those who look at the colors in the painting
